The OpportunityAs the Education and Practice Leader, your role will be to lead and drive the implementation of the early years curriculum and exceeding educational practices, mentoring and guiding our team of Educators, Educational Leaders and Early Childhood Teachers across QLD.  We require an inspirational, passionate and strong leader who can take the Centres on a professional journey that will ensure our curriculum helps us to deliver world class care, education practice and teaching philosophies that bring Petit’s values to life. A key objective of this role is providing a range of ongoing support, coaching, modelling and mentoring for practice improvement as well as assisting in building knowledge and understanding of the curriculum by our team of Educators.  This will be achieved through designing programs, regular assessments of the centres and training with Educational Leaders.
