Petit ELJ Wooloowin is a beautiful centre nestled in a very leafy and quiet suburb on the North side of Brisbane easily accessed from the CBD via Wooloowin train station a few stops away, by car or bus and our team are excited to meet our newest Lead Educator to the Petit family.Due to an interstate move we are currently in search of a Nursery Lead Educator who can take on a pivotal role in leading the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs and outcomes.  The position offers a wonderful opportunity to collaborate closely with another Lead Educator who oversees our second nursery studio.  You will like-minded in understanding the significance of fostering a strong sense of Belonging, Being, and Becoming as well as the importance of developing strong positive relationships with both parents and families to enhance connection and create a safe and secure environment. We are seeking a Lead who can create consistent routines whilst also focusing on individual experiences within a safe environment allowing our youngest children the freedom to explore.  It is important that you bring a highly positive, passionate, nurturing, attentive, calm and respectful manner who places great emphasis on creating learning environments filled with meaningful experiences.  We don’t just say our children are our number one priority – they actually ARE!From our last Employee Engagement Survey (Oct 23) some of our Wooloowin employees said "I can honestly say I love working for Petit and would not want to be anywhere else at this point in my life.
