Petit ELJ Coffs Harbour is a beautiful 84 place purpose-built centre, and we are ready to welcome our newest Lead Educator to the Petit family.We are seeking a highly confident, knowledgeable, and experienced Lead Educator to align with our Toddlers (2 to 3 years) studio and play a pivotal role in leading the development and delivery of quality learning programs and outcomes.  You will have exceptional communication skills in developing positive interactions with children, families, Educators and community members and will foster a strong sense of belonging at the service where the children’s learning experiences are led off their interests.  You will have a calm and highly respectful manner where you thrive in a creating a nurturing learning environment filled with meaningful experiences.  We don’t just say our children are our number one priority – they actually ARE!From our last Employee Engagement Survey (Oct 23), some of our Coffs employees said the "sense of community and belonging is high!
