At Petit ELJ Forest Hill, as our passionate Educational Leader, you will play a significant role in influencing and promoting positive outcomes for children and families.Here at Petit ELJ, we highly value our Educational Leaders as part of our leadership team, offering a stand-alone position within each of our services. This means it provides a wonderful opportunity for your own personal growth, perhaps stepping out from a dual role where you are currently working, and focusing on what you love to do all the time – coaching, mentoring, inspiring, and aspiring our education staff towards a shared vision and goals. As an Educational Leader at Petit ELJ, you will receive dedicated non-contact time for preparation, in addition to extra above-award non-contact hours to support each of our Lead Educators in refining their programming, curriculum and practices. You will be fully supported by our centre leadership team and an abundance of support is on offer from our Education & Practice Consultant that regularly visits and be available remotely online. We host an annual Educational Leadership conference as well as regular Educational Leadership networking meets where you will be supported by your peers. This provides a wonderful experience to learn from other educational talent working in early childhood education and care developing your own knowledge and practices.At our Forest Hill centre a very high number of our education staff have been at our service for over 3 years.  From our recent Employee Engagement Survey (Nov 23) some of our Forest Hill employees said "I really enjoy working at Petit Early Learning Journey especially at the Forest Hill service.
