Come and be a part of Petit ELJ’s exciting journey!We are excited to offer a new remuneration and benefits package that goes beyond industry standards and rewards and reflects the exceptional value our employees bring to each service.  We believe in championing and rewarding our Team's hard work because we value your dedication and your achievements.At our Coffs Harbour centre we offerAll Qualified Certificate III ECEC Educators minimum 8% AA  Studying Towards Diploma Assistants minimum 9% AA Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Assistants minimum 10% AAOffered across both Permanent Part-Time & Full-Time Arrangement. We can additionally offer full-time hours under an Individual Flexibility Arrangement where you can condense your hours across 4 day week or 9 day fortnight to provide valuable time for personal, study or other reasons. PLUS additional allowances to reward your Commitment, like:Full-Time Allowance - team members who are employed under a full-time contract to create continuity of care for our children will receive an additional allowance.Responsible Person Allowance - Those team members who act as the Responsible person will receive an additional allowance when they are performing the role. Working Towards Allowance/rates of pay – team members who are contributing to their professional growth and development through study will be rewarded with allowances and higher rates of pay.
